The Bachelor of Technology course in Food Process Engineering provides students with comprehensive knowledge about food processing, preservation and conservation processes, and tools. They learn about different methods to store and preserve food for avoiding damage.
B. Tech Food Process Engineering is a four-year undergraduate course and is divided into eight semesters. In every semester, students learn to gain knowledge about quality controls checks on food products to identify adulteration issues and nutritional aspects.
