Need Counselling 
Department of Agricultural Engineering, Nagaland University, Nagaland, Department of Agricultural Engineering, Nagaland University came into
existence in the year 1978 which was also the year of beginning of
SASRD as a college of Agriculture under North-Eastern Hill
University. Initially, the Department offered the courses in the
disciplines of Physics, Mathematics and Agricultural Engineering to the
students of PU(Agri.) and B.Sc (Agri.). In the past some minor
courses were also taught by teachers of the department to the M.Sc
(Agri.) students of soil convervation. The Department was given the
post graduate status when its Board of Post Graduate Studies was formed
Vide Nagaland University, consequent on the transfer of SASRD to
Nagaland University from NEHU.
