To acquire knowledge from various medical systems and to create a systematic approach to medical sciences, the College of Pharmacy, Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Paramedical Sciences was established in the year 1987.

With work, as the key to success and to fulfill the dream Project of the founders, its promoters have produced thousands of pharmacy graduates and postgraduates with scientific, cultural and spiritual knowledge. Today, the college is one of the premier postgraduate and research institution.
