Today, we stand at the threshold of a new era wherein such a short span of time we have gone from strength to strength in terms of academic excellence and surpassed ourselves in the fields of extra-curricular activities and sports. We have a dedicated academic faculty and a talented set of activity teachers and sports coaches. At present, we have a student strength of 2700 plus children from Pre-Nursery to Class 10.
DPS Sushant Lok, though relatively young in years, is extremely strong in its commitment to uphold the DPS tradition of ‘Service before Self’. The school firmly adheres to the tenets of a value based education, one that is committed to nurturing and bringing out the best in the students that pass through its portals. We believe in nurturing all rounders; students proficient in both academics and life skills—thereby ensuring they grow into socially well integrated individuals who will confidently be able to meet the challenges of life.
In our ongoing belief in promoting equity with excellence, we run Shiksha Kendra, where free education is being provided to the underprivileged yet very deserving children of the weaker sections of society. Our students compete for and win accolades in the fields of sports, co-curricular activities, and National Science, Maths and Cyber Olympiads. We have NTSE national rank holders and gold medalists among our children. To ensure that our students gain a healthy mix of academics as well as leisure, we also organise a number of tours and trips each year to acquaint our children with the world beyond Delhi and school!

Please contact Ms. Manpreet at the admission desk from 09.08.2012 to 13.08.2012 (9 a.m. to 12 noon, working days only), for completion of admission formalities. You would require to bring the following documents along with you:
1.   Demand Draft for Rs. 75,650/- in favour of Delhi Public School Sushant Lok.
2.   One passport size photograph of the child and one each of both the parents.
3.   Residence proof and attested copy of SC/ST/OBC certificates, if applicable.
4.   Class I: Laminated Original Birth certificate and Copy of Immunization card.
5.   Class II onwards: Admission to the class sought shall be provisional in nature till such time Transfer Certificate duly countersigned by the DEO and copy of report card of the previous class are produced from the previous school.
6.   Class XI: The above documents and attested copies of Board exam mark sheet & pass certificate. For students coming from Boards other than CBSE, original migration certificate also should be submitted.
7.   Incase you fail to take admission by the specified date; the seat will be offered to the next candidate in waiting. Claim for admission can be entertained subsequently with late fine of Rs. 500/- subject to the available vacancy in the applied class.
      In case you decide to withdraw your child and s/he has not attended school for a single   Â
      day after the admission formalities are completed, i.e. before the beginning of the
      session 2012-13, the total charges paid, less Rs. 10,000 will be refunded.
