The SMT (the Senior Management team), the Heads of Faculty and the Academic Council hold constant dialogues among themselves and with the parents and the students to ensure that while the required academic standards are met, the ‘Joy of learning’ is not sacrificed at the altar of tests and examinations.
There are six faculties, English, Mathematics, Modern and Classical Languages, Science and Information Technology, Humanities, Expressive Arts. Within the Faculty structure, Heads of Departments work to ensure a professional, lively and modern environment in which students learn.
Regular departmental meetings and the academic council meetings monitor the progress made in each department at various levels- Pre-Primary, Primary, Middle and Secondary. Intense discussions and deliberations will take place to constantly review the curriculum, the methodology, the suitability of the evaluation tools, the performance of the students in various assessments, the adoption of the best practices among international schools and the efficacy of the non formal learning practices.
The various Academic departments will plan an effective curriculum which is geared towards delivering measurable learning outcomes, and each Department is headed by a Senior Teacher (Head of Department) in the subject.

On completion of registration, all candidates will be assessed on their academic performance in English, Hindi, Maths and General Knowledge. Assessment will be based on minimal development levels required at the conclusion of the previous class based on school syllabus.
The assessment will be followed by an interview which will be aimed at determining the congruency of the parental point of view with that of the school, the subject scores of the students in interpreted with regard to their potential, aptitude, personality, intelligence, sporting skills, creative abilities and any other criterion deemed notable by the admission committee.
Results of the above assessment will be based strictly on merit and will be subject to provisions mentioned herein by the admission committee, following which seats will be offered in order of merit. The admission committee will be endowed with the right to reject the application of any student.
