     2.     Pick up admission form from the school
     3.     Submitting the filled form with following documents:
a.     Four photographs of the student
b.     One photo of each parent
c.      Copy of Birth certificate of the student
d.     Copy of Health report of the student
e.  Copy of the school leaving certificate or transfer certificate in case of 2nd grade and above
f.       Progress report of previous school
g.     Certificate of extra-curricular achievement if any
h.     DD/ Cheque of Rs. 300 for Registration of Child in the name of ‘Sujaya Education Foundation’
i.       DD/ Cheque Rs. 15,000 for Admission Fees in the name of ‘Sujaya Education Foundation’
