National differentiated grade
In this type of grading system, there are four grades, i.e., excellent, good, satisfactory, and unsatisfactory, with ranges of marks 90-100, 75-89, 60-74, 0-59, respectively. Thus you will only be promoted to the next semester if you have a grade above unsatisfactory.
National undifferentiated grade
It is a conventional grading system in which if a student acquires more than 59 marks out of 100, then he/she is qualified and, if not, then failed.
ECTS
European credit transfer system is the most widely used grading system in Ukraine in which certain grades represent the range of marks obtained, for example, A (90-100), B (82-89), C(75-81), D(69-74), E(60-68), Fx(35-39), F(1-34).
Curriculum and degrees offered in Ukraine

This type, of course, can generally take up to 2-3 years for completion in Ukraine.
- Bachelor Degree in Ukraine
In Ukraine, students who have completed both higher and secondary education and have the required skills and knowledge can enroll in such courses. This course can take up to 4 years to complete.
- Master Degree in Ukraine
The students who have completed higher and secondary education and have a bachelor's degree can enroll in a master's degree program in Ukraine. This course can take up to 2 years to complete.
- Doctoral Level Degree in Ukraine
It is the highest level of education that one can achieve in Ukraine, and the students who have completed a bachelor's and master's degree can enroll in this course. The duration of this course is not fixed; you can complete it as soon as you get your thesis approved.
